Workday Student

Workday Student is LSU’s official student information system, serving as the central hub for academic, financial, and administrative services. Through Workday, students, faculty, and staff can access information and complete important tasks related to courses, academic records, financial aid, student accounts, payroll, leave requests, expense management, and more.

LSU selected Workday as the platform for its modernized student information system, beginning the student system implementation in 2022 as part of a university-wide effort to create a unified and integrated experience for students and employees. Workday Student was first launched in Summer 2024, with the majority of students, faculty, and staff transitioning to the system in March 2025.

The move to Workday Student represents a significant step forward for LSU. By bringing key services and information into a single platform, Workday provides a more streamlined and connected experience—helping students, faculty, and staff navigate their academic and professional journeys with greater ease and efficiency.
