General Info

The EMDL is a division resource for conducting experimental research in electronic materials and devices. The activities include electronic material growth and characterization, electron device fabrication and measurements, and fabrication and testing of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS). The laboratory has a 200 ft2 class-100 clean room for photo-lithography and an extensive equipment base for material growth and processing.

The EMDL is a facility for research in the areas of semiconductor material growth and characterization, device fabrication and device measurements
