Reserved Space Request Form
Reserved space requests may be made for your guests and VIPs in advance by completing this form. Reserved spaces cannot be guaranteed without a minimum of a 1 business day notice. All Weekend Requests are subject to possible Space Charges dependent upon need and availability to be determined by the PTS Directors Office. *If your request spans multiple days or includes multiple people, please fill out ONE form if the location and times are the same.
Reserved Space Charge Rates:
- Attendant is required for requests in student lots exceeding 10 or more spaces.
- Attendant charge is $34.00 per hour.
- 4 hour minimum required for attendant on the weekend.
- $25 per space for any last-minute requests made within the 24 hour period prior to the event.
- Cancellations made within the 24 hour period prior to the event a 50% (of the total cost of the reservation) fee will be applied.
- All Weekend Requests are subject to possible Space Charges dependent upon need and
availability to be determined by the PTS Director.

- Booth A (Dalrymple Dr./Infirmary Ln.)
- Booth B (S. Stadium Dr./Highland Rd.)
- Booth C (S. Stadium Dr./Nicholson Dr.)
- Booth D (N. Stadium Dr./Mike’s Habitat)
