Spectrum

Spectrum empowers and supports LSU lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning
and asexual/aromantic (LGBTQA+) communities as well as their allies, by providing
social support, education, programming, and opportunities to participate in campus
and community activism. Spectrum is an organization with over 100 active members,
and has successfully organized programs, classroom panels, campus-wide forums, lobbying
campaigns at the state legislature, and a statewide conference (the Louisiana Queer
Conference, or LAQC). Whatever your interest is in the LGBTQ community at LSU, Spectrum
has a place for you!

Meeting Information
Spectrum general meetings are typically the first Monday of every month at 6:30pm in the Barnes and Noble Event Room (2nd Floor).
Spectrum also celebrates First Fridays at restaurants around the city.
