The university level development program is designed by each institution for its own participants in addition to SEC hosted workshops held on specified campuses for all program participants. For those interested in applying, please contact Ryan Landry in the Office of Academic Affairs at email@example.com.
The Learning & Teaching Collaborative (LTC) is a joint effort between the Office of Academic Affairs and the LTC committee that serves as resource for faculty wishing to explore alternative pedagogy in the classroom, including the use of new technologies. Each year, the group hosts a spring faculty colloquium and invites a nationally renowned subject matter expert to provide a key note address followed by a workshop. Last year's event featured Rafael Luna, founder of Luna Scientific Storytelling.
Upon return to the University following sabbatical leave, faculty complete a report on accomplishments during their sabbatical leave. The Faculty Sabbatical Report is a compilation of sabbatical summaries from the 2017-2018 school year.
