Teaching evaluation forms are produced, analyzed, and reported by the Office of Assessment and Evaluation each semester. Reports are presented in individual, departmental, and college formats. Customized item formats are available.
This semester (Spring 2017) the process for student evaluation of teaching will be conducted exclusively online through a system managed by the Office of Assessment and Evaluation. Each course that is being evaluated will be loaded into the system four weeks prior to the end of classes (April 3). The evaluations will be available for students to access and complete two weeks prior to the end of classes (April 17). On that day, students will be sent an email notifying them that the evaluations are open. The evaluations will be completed by the students in one of two ways: (1) at a time of the individual student’s own choosing, and (2) during time allowed in class, on a day of the instructor’s choosing during the last two weeks of class. The evaluation period will close at midnight on the Monday of final exam week.
