The OBSS Mentoring Program allows LSU business students to connect with alumni for a yearlong mentoring experience. The program seeks to enhance business education by offering professional development skills, enhancing interpersonal communication, and creating a sense of connection and community between students and alumni.
Do you have industry knowledge you would like to share with a class? The college collaborates with alumni in the business community to enrich students' education. Business professionals visit the college each academic year on a volunteer basis to share their expertise and experience with students and faculty members.

For many, the thought of leaving everything behind to embark on a journey to Europe may seem like a distant dream. But for Kaleb Huckeba (BS Accounting '17, MAcc '18) and Reka Perry (BS Accounting '15, Macc '16), this dream became a reality as the couple took a risk to pursue their passion for living abroad.

Flores MBA Alum Andrew Bruning has held many successful jobs in the marketing industry since obtaining his MBA with a marketing specialization in 2013. However, in 2019, his industry experience and network of clients led him to his dream job with his current position as the manager of tournament marketing at PGA TOUR.

The LSU E. J. Since 1996, the college has honored individuals who have a strong association with the college and have distinguished themselves through their professional and civic achievements earning a place in the E. J. Ourso College of Business Hall of Distinction.
Outstanding Young Alum
Since in 2021, the E. J. Ourso College of Business annually recognizes the Outstanding
Young Alum Award. This honor symbolizes hope for the future of our college and the
broader business community. It goes to one graduate who has exhibited great promise
in their career and whose early accomplishments distinguish them as an upcoming leader
in their profession.
I owe everything to my experience at LSU. And our impact across Louisiana is a direct result of the many Ourso graduates we have at our firm.
